Greetings

I'm Daniel and welcome to my diary of failed braggots. What is braggot? I'm glad you asked. Braggot is a hybrid alcoholic beverage, a cross between mead (made from honey) and beer(made from malt).

So why, you ask, do I call them "failed"? Well...I call them failed because I intend to brew the perfect braggot, but I know that it will take quite a lot of experementation to get it. Therefore, I shall, within this blog, chart my progress, that is, all of my wrong results. So what follows will be a journal of braggots that I consider failures, though, in fact, they may be quite good. I just won't consider them the perfect brew for me.
